The Butcher's Wife was a book I read and developed into a movie poster for class. It is a story about a woman in China who loses her mother, is forced into a marriage with an abusive man, and deals with a gossiping community who overlook her troubles. This piece was accepted into the 2007 DSVC National Student Show.
